Founded in Newport, Wales by inventor and former teacher Kamal Ali, My Salah Mat began with a simple mission: helping children learn salah in an engaging and accessible way after Kamal saw his own son struggling with the stages of prayer.
What started as one educational product has since grown into a global brand supporting families, children, and reverts across more than 40 countries through interactive Islamic learning tools.
The nomination comes during a particularly challenging period behind the scenes for the business, including marketplace account restrictions, frozen product listings, and ongoing legal action against counterfeit sellers. Despite these pressures, the company continues to focus on its core mission of serving the Muslim community through faith based educational products.
