I truly love the concept behind the Salah Mat and was so glad I ordered this for my son. It’s a creative and educational tool that helps children learn how to pray in an interactive and engaging way.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the material used. Considering the price, I expected a more comfortable and higher-quality feel. The mat feels quite plastic-like and not very comfortable to use, especially for longer prayers or regular practice.

Overall, while the idea is fantastic and it's a useful learning tool, the quality of materials could definitely be improved to make it more comfortable and better aligned with the price.

The mat is made using a plastic-based layer because it needs to be waterproof and fire-resistant, due to the electronic circuits and touch-sensitive technology inside. In order to meet EU and UK safety standards, we cannot use regular fabric, as it would pose a fire hazard.

We’ve looked into fabric options, but treated, non-flammable fabric that’s safe for electronic use could raise costs by up to 50%, making it harder for many families to access. Absolutely amazing!

Living in Europe, I desperately wanted my kids to connect with Allah and Islam, and "my salah mat" gave me a breath of relief. The mat has some issues ⚠️ I'm trying to play around with the buttons but some of the buttons on the mat that are supposed to help with the prayer aren't working properly.
